“Hi my name is Berneth Koopman, a Research Assistant at the University of Johannesburg.

So, My Affinity Story started in 2019 when I signed up with Affinity Health.

Not knowing anything about medical insurance, however, I said let me take a chance, because other insurers have let me down. 

And Affinity Health was in my face, whether on Instagram, facebook, you know these algorithms, they happen you know, when you speak about something, it’s there.

So I said let me give them a chance. And I think it has been the best decision I could have made for myself, in terms of my health, especially my great smile!

With me getting Covid this year, I managed to speak to somebody else in Customer Care, because this young gentleman was not available on this specific day, and again, service with a smile you know.

It’s just shocking that this kind of experience is still available in this country.
