My Affinity Story – Nomawethu Dlakavu

My name is Nomawethu Dlakavu, I am from Norkem Park.

I heard about Affinity Health through my cousin, she stays in Benoni.

She knew I needed medical insurance after I got retrenched last year, I needed something affordable. She suggested I look into them.

I did my research and I was happy with the plans advertised, I could afford the Day-to-Day Plan. I decided to give it a try, and I was happy with the service. 

I waited for three months. I needed to consult with a doctor, after my three months elapsed, because I was sick, I needed to see a doctor urgently. 

I used the call-back facility, which I was very happy about.

The agent was very much helpful, so professional, clear and concise, and to the point.

I went to see the doctor, I was happy with the service received, credible doctors.

I would recommend it to anyone who wants affordable medical health insurance.
